Who we are and what these terms cover

www.interconnix.com is run by North Brookville LLC, a California limited liability company trading as Interconnix, of 851 Burlway Road, Suite 209, Burlingame, CA 94010. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.

Information on this site

The pages describe what we can quote and how a project is run, in general terms. Capabilities, materials, specifications, quantities, lead times, prices and test documentation are confirmed only in a written quotation for a specific request. We may change or remove anything on the site at any time without notice.

Requests for quotation and the files you send

Submitting a request through the site is not an order and does not commit either of us. A quotation we issue is an offer on the terms it states, and an order exists only when we have confirmed it in writing.

When you upload drawings, bills of materials, photos or other files, you confirm that you have the right to share them for the purpose of a quotation and a build, and that doing so breaks no obligation you owe to anyone else. They remain yours. You allow us to use them to quote, prototype and build what you asked for, and to share them with our manufacturing partner for that purpose and no other. We treat them as confidential business information, we do not publish them, and we sign a non-disclosure agreement on request before drawings change hands.

Orders

Every order is governed by its quotation, our written order confirmation and any agreement signed for it: scope, price, payment terms, Incoterms, tooling, inspection, warranty and remedies are set there. Nothing on this site adds to or overrides those documents.

Acceptable use

• Do not probe, overload or interfere with the site or the services behind it, and do not try to get around the bot check on the forms.
• Do not upload malware, or files and text you have no right to share.
• Do not scrape or republish the site's content beyond fair use.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, drawings and design of this site belong to North Brookville LLC or are used with permission. Interconnix and the X mark are our names and marks. You may link to any page of the site; you may not copy its content for commercial use without our written consent.

Third-party services and links

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and other services take you to services we do not control, with terms of their own. The privacy policy names the providers that handle data on our behalf.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind as to its availability or the accuracy or completeness of the information on it. To the extent the law allows, North Brookville LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits the liability the law does not allow to be limited, and nothing here limits or extends the warranties and remedies set in an order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes about the site itself belong to the state and federal courts for San Mateo County, California. Where a quotation or an agreement sets a different law or forum for an order, that one applies to the order.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the new version is posted here with a new effective date and applies from then on. Questions go to support@interconnix.com.
