One accountable supplier for custom cable assemblies, from first drawing to production run.
Interconnix is an independent supplier of custom cable assemblies and wire harnesses. We build to your drawing, develop the design with our engineering and manufacturing partners when the drawing does not exist yet, and carry the project from prototypes through pilot builds to mass production. We quote the work, hold the schedule and stay accountable for delivery.
Built to your drawing
You hold the drawing. We check it for gaps and manufacturability, confirm materials as exact part numbers, and have it built to the agreed specification — as a prototype, a sample batch or a run.
Designed with engineering input
You hold the requirement. With our engineering and manufacturing partners we develop the cable or harness design — connectors, wire, pinout, routing — prototype it and refine it for your product, which ships under your brand.
Carried from prototype to production
Once you confirm the design: a first article you approve, a pilot build, then mass production and repeat orders to the approved revision, with the drawing, BOM and revision history carried through.
Five commitments on every order
Every inquiry is read by a person — no auto-quotes
Prototypes are yours to evaluate; a production run starts only after you approve its first article
The connector brands you specify, confirmed in writing
Documentation and test records agreed in the quotation
Changes only by written revision
One contract, one company to call. Interconnix is your point of contact for the quotation, the schedule and the delivery, coordinates directly with our manufacturing partner, and keeps the quotes, drawings, approvals and problem-solving in one place.
The engineers who design and build your assembly work at our manufacturing partner. We involve them when a question needs their input, and can arrange a joint technical discussion where it helps. Sourcing, production and QC follow the plan agreed for your order. Visits and video audits by arrangement.
We work closely with our manufacturing partner, but we are not its subsidiary, its US office, or its authorized representative. Your contract is with Interconnix. The partner holds ISO 9001 certification; we do not hold it ourselves, and certification documents can be requested with a quotation.
