Privacy policy

What we collect when you visit this site or send us a request for quotation, what we do with it, who else handles it, and how to reach us about it.

Effective October 31, 2026 · North Brookville LLC, California limited liability company

Who we are

This site, www.interconnix.com, is run by North Brookville LLC, a California limited liability company trading as Interconnix. Office: 851 Burlway Road, Suite 209, Burlingame, CA 94010. Registered address: 1401 21st St, Ste R, Sacramento, CA 95811. For anything in this policy, write to support@interconnix.com or call +1 (858) 280-6273.

What we collect

What you send us. The quote forms ask for your name, email address, company, country, what you need, quantities, dates, part numbers and target market, and take the files you attach: drawings, bills of materials, photos. We also keep the emails and WhatsApp messages you send us.

Technical data. Serving the site records the usual request data: your IP address, browser and device details, the pages requested and any errors. The quote forms run a bot check by Cloudflare Turnstile; your IP address is passed to Cloudflare to verify it. Server logs are kept for a limited time and are used only to run and defend the site.

Nothing else. The site has no analytics or advertising trackers and sets no cookies of its own for visitors. The bot check may store a small amount of data in your browser to complete the check.

What we use it for

  • Answering your request and preparing a quotation.
  • Coordinating prototypes, production and delivery with our manufacturing partner once you proceed.
  • Keeping business records: quotations, orders, invoices and the correspondence around them.
  • Running and securing the site.

We email you about your request and about business you do with us. We do not run newsletters or marketing lists, and we do not sell personal information or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who else handles it

When you submit a request, three things happen: it is stored, an internal notification with its contents is delivered to our team through Telegram, and a copy of the request is emailed to our support inbox with you in copy, so the quotation can continue in a thread you already hold. The providers involved, and what each one handles:

  • Cloudflare hosts the site, stores attached files in private storage and runs the bot check.
  • Neon hosts the database that holds requests, in the United States.
  • Brevo sends the emails the site sends: the copy of your request and, once a person has read it, a confirmation.
  • Telegram carries the internal notification of a new request to our team.
  • Our manufacturing partner, located in China, receives the technical files and details needed to quote and build your assembly, and nothing more than that.

If you contact us on WhatsApp or open the map link to our office, Meta's and Google's own terms apply to those services. We disclose personal information when the law requires it.

Where it is processed

We are in the United States and our systems are hosted there and on Cloudflare's global network. As described above, the technical content of a request is shared with our manufacturing partner in China. If you write to us from outside the United States, your data is transferred to these places to answer you.

How long we keep it

Requests, files and correspondence are kept for as long as the inquiry and any orders that follow it are live, and after that as business records for as long as tax and commercial law require. You can ask us to delete a request that did not become an order, and we will unless a legal obligation says otherwise. Server logs are kept for a limited time and then discarded.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Attached files sit in private storage that is reachable only through our operator console after sign-in, and that console is limited to our own staff. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will tell you as the law requires.

Your choices and rights

Write to support@interconnix.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer within a reasonable time and may ask you to confirm who you are.

California residents. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law, and the site does not track you across other sites, so it does not change its behavior for Do Not Track signals; there is nothing to turn off.

Visitors from the EU, the UK and other places with data protection laws. We process your data to answer a request you made and to perform a contract with you, and otherwise on our legitimate interest in running the business and the site. You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, object to processing, and complain to your local supervisory authority. Transfers to the United States and China happen on the basis described above.

Children

The site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

When this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. A change that matters to a request already with us is told to the people it concerns.
