Automotive electronics

Camera, antenna, sensor and test-vehicle harnesses, built to your drawing.

Vehicle programs need cables long before volume: camera and antenna leads for driver-assistance and autonomy work, harnesses for mule and test vehicles, bench and hardware-in-the-loop rigs, and sealed pigtails for sensors outside the cabin. Our manufacturing partner builds them to your drawing, with the FAKRA codes, HSD parts and sealed connector series you specify. PPAP and other program documents are agreed per program: list what you need in the RFQ and it is confirmed before anything is quoted.

What automotive teams send us

01

Camera and sensor leads

FAKRA, Mini-FAKRA and HSD links for cameras and driver-assistance sensors, each end coded to its module.

02

Antenna and telematics cables

GNSS, cellular and radio antenna leads with the code each socket expects.

03

Mule and test-vehicle harnesses

Sensor, compute and data-logger harnesses for development vehicles, revised as the build changes.

04

Bench and HIL rig harnesses

Breakout harnesses that bring a vehicle's connectors to a bench or a hardware-in-the-loop rack.

05

CAN and LIN bus cables

Twisted pairs terminated to your pinout and labeled by network.

06

Sealed pigtails

Deutsch DT-family and other sealed connectors for chassis, engine-bay and underbody runs.

What matters here

What gets checked before the PO

Automotive buyers check connectors, wire and documentation before quantity. Each one is settled before the quotation.

How testing is planned and recorded →
ConnectorsFAKRA codes, HSD and sealed-series part numbers, genuine and fixed in writing
WireAutomotive wire of the type and gauge your drawing specifies
SealingSeals, cavity plugs and TPA locks fitted wherever a connector sits outside the cabin
EnvironmentJackets, loom tape and convoluted tubing chosen for the heat and fluids at each location
DocumentationPPAP or other program documents named in the RFQ and confirmed before quoting
QuantitiesPrototype, test-fleet and production quantities quoted side by side
TestingContinuity on every unit; hi-pot, insulation resistance and pull-force to the agreed plan
FAQ

Common questions

Do you build harnesses for test and mule vehicles?

Yes. Development vehicles need small batches that change between builds, and those are quoted as normal orders built to your drawing — prototype quantities first, production quoted alongside once you know it.

Can you provide PPAP documentation?

Name the PPAP level and any other documents the program needs in the RFQ. What our manufacturing partner can provide is confirmed before the quotation, and nothing is promised ahead of that.

What should an automotive harness RFQ include?

The drawing or wiring diagram, connector part numbers with FAKRA codes, wire types and gauges, where each branch runs — cabin, engine bay, underbody — sealing, the documents you need, and prototype and production quantities.
